This package covers all the essentials for a professional video production project, which includes:

1. Pre-Production and Planning (2 hours):

• Initial consultation to discuss project goals, target audience, and key messages.

• Scriptwriting and storyboard creation.

• Location scouting, equipment planning, and talent coordination (if necessary).

2. On-Site Shooting (5 hours):

• Professional video shoot, including setting up lighting, sound, and camera equipment.

• Directing and capturing high-quality footage based on the project’s needs (e.g., interviews, b-roll, product shots, etc.).

• Travel time to and from the shoot location.

3. Post-Production and Editing (3 hours):

• Editing the footage into a polished video, including color correction, sound design, and motion graphics (if applicable).

• One round of client revisions to ensure the final product meets your expectations.

• Delivery of the completed video in your preferred format (social media, website, or downloadable file for events).

Additional Hourly Rates Beyond 10 Hours: $100/hour

Any hours beyond the initial 10 can be added at $100/hour. This can be used for:

• Extended Shoots: If the project requires additional on-site shooting time.

• Advanced Editing: More complex post-production, such as special effects, animations, or multiple rounds of revisions.

• Additional Revisions: Extra rounds of client feedback and revisions.

Scriptwriting ($100 flat fee): Assistance in writing a professional script tailored to your project’s goals.

Social Media Optimization ($150 flat fee): Editing and formatting the video for optimal use on social media platforms, including custom dimensions and short clips.
