What is included in the Event Storytelling Package?

Our Event Storytelling Package is designed to support events and organizations through professionally produced video content created before the event takes place. These videos are built to be shown during the event itself or used to promote the event and its mission, helping connect audiences to the story behind the cause, brand, or organization.

Rather than documenting the event, this package focuses on storytelling that enhances the program. From interviews and narrative planning to editing and delivery, every step is designed to ensure your message resonates with the audience you want to reach.

This package does not include filming the event itself.

1️⃣ Story Development and Planning (2 hours)

What happens?
We begin with a strategy focused consultation to define the purpose of the story, the audience, and how the video will be used during the event or across marketing channels.

What will you get?
Story outlining, interview planning, messaging guidance, shot planning, location coordination, and production logistics tailored to your event or campaign.

2️⃣ On Location Video Interviews and B Roll (3 hours)

What happens?
We capture high quality interviews and supporting visuals ahead of the event, using professional lighting, sound, and camera equipment.

What will you get?
Directed interviews with organizers, clients, board members, speakers, or stakeholders, along with b roll that visually supports the story. This may include offices, venues, environments, or related visuals.

3️⃣ Post Production and Editing (5 hours)

What happens?
All footage is edited into a polished, story driven video designed for presentation screens, social media, or digital platforms.

What will you get?
Professional editing, color correction, audio balancing, basic motion graphics if needed, one round of client revisions, and final delivery in formats appropriate for events, websites, or social media.

Need more than 10 hours?

If your project requires additional time, extra hours are available at $100 per hour for:

• Additional interviews or shoot days
• Expanded storytelling for larger campaigns
• Advanced editing or motion graphics
• Additional revision rounds
