This package provides complete support for event production, ensuring all aspects are handled with professionalism from planning to execution. It includes:

1. Event Theme Development (1 hour):

• Consultation to discuss the event’s goals, audience, and desired tone.

• Develop a creative and cohesive event theme aligned with the client’s vision.

2. Vendor Coordination (2 hours):

• Assist in selecting and coordinating with vendors such as venues, catering, AV, and décor.

• Oversee vendor management to ensure all elements fit the event’s theme and logistics.

3. Script Writing and Event Flow (2 hours):

• Create a detailed script for speakers and hosts, covering transitions, timings, and key messages.

• Develop an event timeline and run-of-show to ensure a smooth, well-organized event.

4. Slideshow Creation (1 hour):

• Design and produce a high-quality slideshow or visual presentation, incorporating event branding and key messaging.

5. On-Site Event Production (4 hours):

• Serve as the on-site producer on the day of the event, overseeing set-up, coordinating with vendors, and managing the flow of the event.

• Ensure all aspects of the event run smoothly, troubleshoot any issues, and handle last-minute adjustments.
